Tahltan Band Council (TBC) is seeking a qualified contractor to complete the renovation and mold remediation work in 10 housing units. 


The units are located on-reserve: 
- In Telegraph Creek IR 12, 6/6A 
- In Dease Lake IR9 


The detailed renovation scope is included in Appendix A in the documents. The contractor shall provide code compliance 
certification and sealed structural documents when required. All renovation work is to be in accordance with the latest version of the BC Building Code or the National Building Code whichever is most stringent. The cost must include all equipment, products, labour, materials, tools, transportation, accommodation, facilities and services necessary for the work and others expenses related to the completion of the proposed scope. All products used for the completion of 
the work shall be new. This Request for proposal does not constitute a call for tender. Except as expressly and specifically permitted in this RFP, no contractor shall have any claim for compensation of any kind whatsoever as a result of participating in this RFP, and by submitting a proposal, each contractor shall be deemed that it has agreed it has no claim
