This RFP applies to and governs the preparation of Proposals for the Contract listed above. The Contract is generally for the following work: Supply and Installation of 50 m of 200 mm diameter and 285 m of 300 mm diameter watermains, tie-ins, gate valves and fire hydrants. The work also includes the demolition and installation of a new PRV station in an existing concrete chamber. Documents and reference material will be available for this Contract will only be distributed electronically in digital format through the tendering website Bids and Tenders at: All addenda, amendments or further information will be published on this website. It is the sole responsibility of the proponent to monitor the website regularly to check for updates. For further information, proponents shall direct all inquiries to Urban Systems through the Online Bidding System. Proposals must be received at the Online Bidding System no later than: January 20, 2022, 2:00PM_____(the “Closing Time”). Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered, and will be returned unopened. Any interested party (each, a “Proponent”) may submit a proposal (a “Proposal”) in response to this RFP. |
