The Owner invites bids for construction of the Work, which in general terms, will consist of the following: 

• Demolition, removal, and disposal of existing reservoir, foundation, and utilities. 
• Design of tank, tank foundation, pipe penetrations and connections. 
• Supply and Installation of Tank foundation. 
• Supply and Installation of Steel Above Ground Water Utility Storage Tank. 
• Supply and Installation of water and stormwater connections to new reservoir. 
• Supply and Installation of valve chamber. 

The Successful Bidder will be required to enter into a CCDC 2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract as modified by this Invitation to Bid.
