This project is for the construction services for Phase 3 of the South Larkin watermain improvements, including one railway crossing with approximately 40 meters of proposed watermain. This project will extend the Phase 2 watermain west on L&A Cross Road where it crosses the railway, allowing the watermain to extend beyond the railway for servicing of 4305 L&A Cross Road and the Township Agri-Hub site. Contractor to coordinate with CP Rail, expected minimum processing timelines of 45 to 60 days. Construction cannot be completed between December to March due to CP policy. Coordination with CP rail to commence upon Award, construction to commence no earlier than June 15, 2026. |
