Description: 

Approximately 600 lm of full depth road reconstruction, installation of new sidewalks and streetlighting.  Installation of 600 lm of 300 mm diameter watermain and associated fittings, replacement of 23 - 25mm water services, installation of 530lm of storm sewer system ranging in diameters of 450-750.    Project will be procured through a Best Value Procurement process (BVP).   Phases 2 and 3 are included in this tender.  Phase 2 has a completion date of September 2024, Phase 3 is to be complete by September 2025.
