• Construction of a proposed concrete reservoir cell north of the existing one to support future service extension to Reserve 166B. (Optional Work). 
• Replacement of corroded infrastructure, HVAC and electrical system upgrades, and backup natural gas generator installation. 
• Modification of the truckfill and addition of a flow meter for water usage tracking. 
• Inlet and outlet watermain replacement. 
• Access road improvements.
