This Request for Proposals (RFP) invites proposals from qualified and experienced IPD General Contractors for the scope of work related to the City of Kimberley Wastewater Treatment Plant outlined in this document.
 

The success of an IPD project requires IDP team member to engage as an integrated team of owner representatives, consultants, contractors, and trades representatives. The successful General Contractor and other parties will enter into a Hanson Bridgett - INTEGRATED PROJECT DELIVERY CONTRACT.

The City has generated funding to construct a new Wastewater Treatment Plant  to support community growth and regional environmental health.  The City has completed extensive design work on the proposed facility and now wishes to review and optimize the design, and deliver the project through the IPD process.

Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents. To obtain an unsecured version of the bid document and/or to participate in this opportunity, an annual or a per bid fee must be paid (annual fee - $439.90, per bid fee - $132.04).
