The construction of a floodbox upgrade, including, but not limited to: 
- isolation of in-stream works by cofferdam and dewatering 
- excavation and backfill for removal of existing culvert and floodgate plus excavation and backfill for proposed floodbox 
- installation of Owner-supplied 33.53 metres length of 3658mm by 1829mm precast concrete box culvert complete with integral precast fish baffles from Langley Concrete 
- installation of Owner-supplied pre-fabricated stainless steel flood gate from Fontaine-Aquanox 
- installation of two (2) Owner-supplied custom precast concrete headwalls from Langley Concrete 
- supply and installation of timber pile supports for headwalls
