Description: 

The Phase 2 development work will consist of the following three (3) contracts:
3.1.1 AREA GRADING
• Earthworks and site grading, including import embankment fill and common excavation.
• Implementation and maintenance of erosion and sediment control measures.
3.1.2 UNDERGROUND UTILITIES
• Supply and installation of water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewers.
• Supply and installation of catch basins and frame and covers.
• Shallow utility pre-ducting for gas, electric, telecommunications, lighting, and irrigation.
• Removal or abandonment of the existing sanitary sewer and water main infrastructure.
• Deepening and tying the storm sewer into an existing wet pond including constructing forebay, liner repair, and outfall structures.
• Managing groundwater during exaction including executing the site dewatering plan.
3.1.3 SURFACE WORKS
• Expose and adjust catch basins and manhole including supply and install of grade rings.
• Road building including excavation, subgrade preparation, geotextiles, granular bases.
• Supply and installation of subgrade drains as required by groundwater conditions.
• Surface works including asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, and concrete sidewalks. 
• Final grading and landscaping including topsoil, plantings, seeding, and fencing.
• Supply and installation of irrigation systems including meters and chambers.
