Removal and replacement of the north-east side existing parking lot and parking lot expansion (Phase 1). Removal of existing asphalt and granular structure, site grading and preparation for lot expansion, placement of granular subbase, granular base, geosynthetics, and approximately 7800 m2 of asphalt. Installation of approximately 550 lm of concrete curb & gutter, and 525 m2 of concrete sidewalk.
