You are invited to submit a proposal for work to complete civil works required for the future construction of the Elders’ Village residential development. The Nuxalk Nation intends to appoint a Construction Manager for up to twelve (12) months to provide construction management services for the pre-construction and construction of the civil works, using a CCDC 5B-2010, Construction Management Contract – for services and construction, and applying the Guaranteed Maximum Price, plus % cost savings option, in accordance with Article 8.3 of the CCDC 5B-2010 
contract.
