The general works include but not limited to: 
• Building a new 2.2 km gravel roadway, including topsoil and vegetation stripping, excavation to  embankment, culvert installation, gravel placement, and the re-establishment of vegetation. 
• Preparation for new subdivision lots including: development of access roads, driveways and grading housing pads for future homes. 
• Building 1 km of pathways within the cultural area including topsoil stripping, excavation to embankment, gravel placement and the re-establishment of vegetation (Optional Work).
