An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on November 21, 2023, at 2:00:00 PM at the Kids Arena Field House – Primary Front Entrance (West side of building)

Bids are scheduled to close on November 28, 2023, at 2:00:00 PM local time through the bidding website at https://urbansystems.bidsandtenders.ca/. Bids received by other methods will not be accepted.

The work to be undertaken generally consists of, but is not limited to, the following:

  • Construction of new washrooms, change rooms, office space, and storage rooms
  • Installation of new flooring and painting existing walls
